Burning my videos onto a DVD in 2021... Encore no longer available

I have videos made and are posted online, like things are normally done these days. But I also have some people that don't have access to the internet or a computer. Bottom line I need optical media (specifically DVDs) for them.

All the info I find says to use Encore, which doesn't exist anymore. Does anyone know how to do this? I am currently rendering my files out as MPEG2-DVDs NTSC DV wide Progressive, but someone said you can't just slap that onto a disk and make the magic happen. I need like 20 of the things, I'm willing to sit at my desk and crank them out one at a time, I don't need to send them to be stamped out or anything. Even if there is no menu but just plays the disk automatically with no chapters or menu or anything, that will do.

Thoughts? Ideas? Help?

TL;DR I need a quick and easy way to get my movies onto a DVD, nothing fancy and the old ways don't exist anymore.

Thank you Peru Bob, the Pegasus Software you suggested is very encouraging. I got near perfect results the first time I used it.  Looking forward to refining its settings to make the final result even better.  Thanks for the help. .

I have the same need to copy my video built in premiere pro to a DVD and with Encore no longer available, I am in a deseperate search for either a software replacement  or work around that will allow me to transfer my video file to a DVD.  Help!
