Can I install one license in multiple machines to render video?

I understand your point. You can login with your subscription details on any computer which meets the system requirements, however as @Peru Bob mentioned, you can install use your subscription  on only one machine at a time.

You are allowed two installations at one time, but are not allowed use them at the same time.
