Unable to Export After Effects Composition using Adobe Media Encoder

If you find that the troubeshooting steps don't work, the fallback is to render using the After Effects Render Queue.  If using the current version, use "Best Settings" for the Render Settings and "High Quality" for the Output Module ("Lossless" if using an older version of AE).   If you're tight on storage space, change the CODEC to Apple ProRes 422 LT in the Output Module Settings.

After those files render, drag and drop them into the Queue tab of Media Encoder.  Once Media Encoder is finished and you've confirmed that the ME files play as expected, you can delete the files rendered from After Effects.

If the issue persists, start a support chat with Adobe support using the chat bubble.  It may take about 45 minutes to an hour, but a support agent should be able to verify that both After Effects and Media Encder are installed correctly.
