Can't export to H.264 with new update

Hi,
Since the new update on Media Encoder I can't export my files to H.264. Is this a error for everyone or just for me? How do I solve it?

Exporting to H.264 or HEVC? Go to Preferences > Media and deselect Enable hardware accelerated decoding (requires restart).
