Can't export videos with Media Encoder (Error code 3)

Hello, 

I have Adobe animate and I am working on animation projects. I've finished my animation and wanted to export it as an MP4, but I ran into a problem. When I try to export it and open Media Encoder, it says that the rendering failed and gives me an error code 3. How can I fix this?
