Can't get AME to launch

Adobe Media Encoder 2023 is damaged and can’t be opened. I get this message when I try to launch Media Encoder. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software twice.

Follow these steps:

1. Open Application Folder

2. Right click on Adobe Media Encoder 2023 and click 'Open'.

3. Agree on security thingy.

You're able to open AME23 normally afterwards/onwards.

I'm using AME 23 on Mac Big Sur and it doesn't open at all. I tried your suggestion and it didn't work either.

Hi everyone,

we have confirmed, that AME 23.0 will not launch on MacOS Ventura, when running on an Intel based Mac.

The currently know work-around is to install and use AME 22.6.1 or AME Beta

Hi,

you are still on MacOS 12 (Monterey).

The problem described here only happens on Intel based Macs, that have been upgraded to MacOS 13 (Ventura).

Same Problem, just upgraded the OS and installed 2023 and it will not open upon multiple installs/uninstalls and computer restarts.

Same here. MacOS v13.0 Ventura / Media Encoder v23 - reinstalled twice and still see this error: "Adobe Media Encoder 2023 is damaged and can’t be opened."
