Hello all,

I am a exporting a sequence from premiere using media encoder and I am trying to publish the video to vimeo directly. However, I am recieving an error while doing this. I am on an annual vimeo start plan granting 60 videos a year. I have currently uploaded 6. Here is the error I am recieving.

Hi Becky,
that sound like a server response from the Vimeo server, so maybe your vimeo account allows only maximum amout of uploaded videos, size, length or MB per day. Please log into Vimeo and check your account settings, what is allowed. E.g. the Starter allows 60 videos a year (possible you exceed this withing the last 365 days) and a max upload for 2TB per month Bandwidth.

Hey Sven,

I have checked all these limitations and I have not met any of them. I was able to upload said video to vimeo using their web portal. I tried again with another shorter video and media encoder returned the same response. Again, I was able to use vimeo's web portal again.

I can get my videos to upload to vimeo, but Media Encoder is having an issue with trying to do it automatically.

Hi Becky,
we checked this here without any issues. Can you provide some data about the uploaded file size, video frame size and video duration. In the meantime try to logout and login to vimeo via the Media Encoder interface to ensure all logindata are valid and up to date. Thanks.
