Can't uninstall media encoder 2025

In Windows 10 22H2 I can't uninstall Media Encoder 2025.  I uninstalled all my Adobe products except Reader. The Media Encoder is still in my start menu and active. But is not listed in Windows 10 as installed. It's irritating because occasionally I tap it and boom three windows open I need to kill.  And it logs me in to the Cloud and trys to get me to purchase it. None of the Windows methods for uninstall work. When I used the old Control Panel it said an error occured and would I like it removed from the Start Menu. The 'Yes' did nothing.  I no longer subscribe to any products so have no access to support.

Anyone have any ideas?

I tried everthing. In the end I deleted the program folder and then hit the start menu icon. The system said the app was not found and would I like to remove the start menu entry. A yes made the icon dissapear. That may not be clean but it's good enough.

That's the fastest way to remove an app. Thanks for updating the thread. Feel free to reach out if you've any other questions.

Thanks,

Try reinstalling Media Encoder and then uninstall.

Thanks for the reply but the cleaner fails to recognize the Media Encoder. As though it's not installed so no action was possible but I tried the ALL options and it's still active and in the start menu.
