Cannot Uncheck a feature in Setting What to DO

I be getting Media Offline error message when Trying to convert my PNG files into 1 video clip. So, i tried Youtube tips, where was said that i have to uncheck THIS (picture) feature but there's no way for me to do it. Its uncontrollable i cant do nothing. How am i supposed to deal with it?

Are you saying when you uncheck the box it immediately rechecks itself? Either way if the option isn't grayed out and the checkbox just isn't working, I would try resetting your AME prefs.
