Cant get the output FULLY from media encoder/premiere pro

Having some issue with video encoding on premiere pro.

I'm trying to stitch together 4 webm videos from my PS5, however, the video output ALWAYS only encodes halfway. So the video I end up with always stops playing at around 1.5hrs in length instead of 3 hours. The only change i added was to add the Lumetri color effect - Alexa Rec 709 for all the sequences.

I can play all the videos individually, but just somehow can't get the full output on Premier pro/Media Encoder.
