Colour Bars error during AS11 Export

Hello all,

I've been trying to export an AS11 in version 14.3.1 of Media Encoder and the content of my video looks OK (video after 10hr starting time), Encoder has done something very peculiar to my bars. 

I've added some screenshots of the original bars (image 1), and the bars after they've gone through the AS11 export in Media Encoder (image 2) 

Does anyone have any ideas what the issue might be?
