Converting MP4 to MOV renders only black with audio.

In AME, I am trying to convert my MP4 animation into a quicktime MOV so that it is compatible with my Toon Boom software. However, whenever I try to do so, the rendered video is just black but with audio. The preview before and while rendering shows the video perfectly, but the final result is just black! PLEASE HELP ASAP!

Hi NDzhang,

Sorry for the issue. Try to playback the video in a different video player.

Do you have Premiere Pro installation? If yes, import the MOV file into Premiere Pro & test.
