“could not read from the source. please check if it has moved or been deleted”

When I installed Big Pack Elements plugin, it would not be rendered in the media encoder, saying, “could not read from the source. please check if it has moved or been deleted” How do I fix this? I tried to reinstall but it same. I’m using Windows 10.
