I got an app crash at open Adobe Media Encoder 2023.It usual refusing to start up for no apparent reason...

if suspending av doesn't help:

restore default preference settings by deleting

For Windows: \Users\<username>\Documents\Adobe\Adobe Media Encoder\<version #>\
For mac OS: <drive>/Users/<username>/Documents/Adobe/Adobe Media Encoder/<version #>/
