crashing

Hello since my last edit on after effect which lasts about 55 seconds with about 150 files on it, I wanted to export it to Adobe media encoder 2020 but for the first time it crashes during the export, the ram did no problem with the export gold and I have no idea how to settle it if someone has an idea I'm a buyer
