Default directory doesn't work in 2022. Thanks adobe.

Why is it always a bug or problem that has to be a part of every single project.  Default directory doesn't stick.  I'd just like my desktop as the default and now despite the setting it just puts it next to the project.  Gotten my first BSOD with this machine, well three or four now, that are video card releated.

To save fanboys the trouble, everything is up to date and NO other software causes me any issues.

5950x, 3080ti, m.2 Gen 4 4tb media drives W10 all software fully updated.

Also just noticed on a premiere project it only lets me have one font after a crash. Love the new features but it always comes at a cost.  Don't expect a fix and  no I won't be reinstalling all my stuff, I have to work.
