Delivery Specs for Video Ad

Hey,

I have created a video ad to be use on Hulu. I need help converting the video ad via AME so that it fits all of Hulu's requirements (screenshot below). 

Using AME, I would like to change the video ad audio bit depth to either 16 or 24 (for audio channel 2). The video ad is currently at 32 audio bit depth. Any help is appreciated. Thank You!
