Don't move your mouse while encoding

My video was a few minutes into rendering, then I decided to do some Googling about previous errors. As soon as I moved my mouse... CRASH!!!
Just been back to check after typing that, and the progress clock is still frozen. This software is an absolute NIGHTMARE

Do you have some information about the Platform, OS, AME version, Source and Export Preset/Settings you are using?
Thanks.

Do you have any custom mouse/tablet drivers installed? I remember having an issue years ago related to some old input device drivers causing a crash when moving the mouse.
