Dynamic link error

I keep getting a dynamic link error saying it can't connect to after effects 2023 and to verify that it's installed. How do I fix this?

Sorry for your issue.

Is it happening with multiple projects or a particular one? Are you using any third-party plug-ins in After Effects projects? Please try resetting the preferences of Media Encoder and After Effects
