Dynamic Link server not working/Unable to render After Effects projects

Media Encoder won’t open After Effects projects for render.

 

The Dynamic Link server doesn’t lead to anything and nothing ends up in the Queue. Able to add other files such as PSD to the Queue but not AE files.

 

Have checked software updates for macOS. I’ve also used the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to uninstall and then reinstalled everything. All software and Adobe apps are up to date.

 

Not sure what else to try and looking for help to resolve this.
