Encoder is crashing and won't render

This sucks!  It needs to be fixed.  I have successfully used Encoder for years.  Last month, something happened and now it will not encode.

Hi there,

We're sorry for the trouble. We understand you are unable to export using AME. 

  • Are you encoding any AE or PR project?
  • Could you share a screenshot of the export settings?

We'll look into this.

Since I posted this I have updated all Adobe applications and tried again.  I am now 4 hours into the render.  Not really optimal.

I have got same problem. How you said, last month I have got problems with rendering even in premiere. It doesnt work well at all! Still some errors, different timecodes...even in really easy project. Please do something with it!
