Encoder Queue List Disappears

Hi,

I have been using premiere and encoder for a few years without a problem.

However, in the last week, after encoder finishes a job it disappears from the queue.

The exported file is fine and where it should be but the item disappears from the list, along with the accompanying green tick that would be beside it (or more importantly the yellow or red warning message if there is a problem).

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

    Hi Flw2001,

Is it happening after the closing & reopening Media Encoder or immediately after the export?

If the option "Remove completed files from queue on exit" in Preferences > General > Queue is enabled, The completed files will be cleared from Queue after Exit.

    If it is happening immediately,

         1. Quit Media Encoder,

         2. In Windows, C:\Users\UserName\Documents\Adobe\Adobe Media Encoder\11.0 (Or)

In Mac, Documents > Adobe >Adobe Media Encoder > 11.0

         3. Rename the 11.0 folder to Old_11.0

         4. Launch Media Encoder & Check the Export again.

Please let us know the status of the issue.

    Thanks,

    Vidya Sagar.

Yes the exported file is fine but the queue list disappears.

We need this to show the following shift what's been exported and also that there are no warning signs on there.
