Encoder Renders Previous Iterations of AE Comps

Recently updated to AME 2017. I normally like to load the Encoder Queue with multiple exports from After Effects before starting the rendering process.

Since updating, Encoder keeps exporting the previous version of the Comp I'm attempting to export. It's as if Encoder is not recognizing the changes made in AE.

I've tried restarting both programs, clearing the queue and only exporting one file at a time, but the problem persists.

I'd love to get some advice on this.
