Encoder slow times on 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i9-11900F @ 2.50GHz + RTX 3080
When it comes to export my video on H-264 in FHD i only get up to 50% usage of CPU and 5% of GPU.. i have all the hardware CUDA acceleration on... i wonder why?
