Error -1609629695

I have been trying to render a 7 second clip and it is saying failed and the error code is -1609629695 and it says Around timecode: 00:00:33:43 - 00:00:33:44 but ive checked there and there is nothing wronge there, i am on Windows 10.

No this has not resolved the issue I am still getting the error.

I am not using Premeire Pro I am using After Effects to make this clip.
