If you have CPU over 16+ cores, encoding QuickTime with H.264 codec on Win doesn't work, regardless of what source you use.

As explained in Re: Need help, Error code: 27 , this is an Apple issue and we cannot fix on Adobe side.

Workaround is to export into H.264 format, instead of QuickTime format or disable some cores in CPU as described in another thread above.
