Error Code 512 in Media Encoder 25.2

I changed PPro from 24.6.3 to 25.2.3 and therefore also went from ME 24.6.3 to ME 25.2.

When I try to render a video using the option "Send to ME" ME is activated and the render job vcan be seen in ME's queue. Once I start the render process in ME ist stops after a while returning an error as can be seen below:

Fehler beim Rendern von Software

Software-Effekt gab Fehler zurück.

When I try to render the video directly from PPro it is successful.

 

Any help on this?

Obviousely I found a workaround for this problem: changing the font which I used for text solved the problem. I changed the font from "Tahoma" to "Arial".

 

So what is wrong with "Tahoma" and how can I use it?

Here is more news about my problem. It seems that it has nothing to do with a wrong font etc. As it occurs this problem is an intermittent one. I did try the following:

 

1. I did send my video from PP to ME. ME was opened automatically and I could see thee job in the ME queue. Once I clicked on "OK" it started but then closed with a failure

 

2. Next I did the exact samething only that ME was already opened. I clicked on "OK" in ME and the rendering completed with no errors at all.

 

I tried the above mentioned methods in different combinations. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it failed. So it is an intermittent error.

 

Any ideas?

That is weird. What are your specs (OS, CPU, GPU, memory)? Are there mogrts or After Effects comps in the PPro project? Which versions of AME, PPro, And After Effects do you use?
