Error compiling movie i/o error

Hello, I've been having problems rendering my video through media encoder . I've been getting I/O error, sector 9 and Error 14. I was using format Apple ProRes mxf and preset ProRes 4444 with max render quality and depth. 

I tried using H.264 for rendering on the same project before and it works just fine. Its just happens when I switch to ProRes that this problem occurs. 

I also want to note that I have plenty of space on my SSD and tried to change around the time it fails, the clip speed, replace it, trim it and still nothing. Could someone help me understanding the problem and what causes this to happen?

What am I supposed to be seeing in these screenshots? The left and right images look identical. Also, see that dropdown box on the right that says "1/2"? That's the playback quality adjustment. If you're wanting to compare quality, make sure that's at 100%.

 

So I've gotta ask: What is your end goal here for your export here? You have a 1576x888 video at 24fps (a variable frame rate video) on a 1580x888 timeline at 25fps, exporting at 1280x720 in 24fps. Why do you want to export in ProRes 4444 at all? There is no quality increase, you don't need alpha channels, and the quality of your source material is too low to justify 4444.

Please screenshot and post your source file specs, sequence settings, and export settings.

These are the settings I've been using as for the sequence and exporting. While exporting on these two I choose max render quality and depth. I also tried using VBR pass 2, with biltrates at 60 on both to see if that would help with the exporting quality, even tho I'm not sure if that would help since I am a complete beginner. The first sequence was the original but I changed it to 720 by 1280.

I've also tried to go with quicktime and ProRes 4444, max quality and depth with 16 bpc and now I get a different error. "File importer detected an inconsistency in the file structure of  ".mov. Reading and writing this file metadata XMP has been disable" export error and disk full. 

The reason i'm doing all these is because I'm losing quality after exporting the project. It looks amazing in PP and after export it doesn't.
