Error in creating proxies

Hello. i have just installed a new pc with win 11 and premiere 2022, latest version

When i try to create proxies media encoder open and gives error..don't even start to crate proxies. I have tried differnt formay buyt no luck.

Error say "error in recovering frame X at time xx of file xxxx, replacing frame X

What's wrong?

I have just find out that if i create proxy from gopro files, it works

SO it seems that issue is with XT3 files, that are 4k, hevc,400mbs
