Error with Adobe Media encoder 2020 on iMac

I'm getting the above message when i add my composition to the Media encoder queue.
I'm running macOS Catalina Version 10.15.5.

I have all the latest Creative cloud 2020 software installed.

Can anyone help wih this problem?
