Every render fails

I can render through after effects and premier but anytime i use media encoder it fails and i get error code -1609629695. 

ive tried everything using software instead of hardware accel, max render qual is off and max depth is off. 

it wont even render at any other formats including h.264

i also changed my cache locations for both and they have plenty of room and both after effects and media encoder are updated and on the same version.

also i tested it on a clip with no effects on it and mulitple different random clips.

Can you please share your system info? Like OS and version, CPU, RAM, GPU vRAM, AMEr version? Thanks.

I still have this problem as well.  I cant get anything to Render from Media Encoder.  Ive tried all the things, it just doesnt export, sits there and does nothing. Need a remedy. Softwares are fully updated.

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).

Yes, WTF is going on, I now cant render anything from After Effects of Media Encoder.  They are either crashing or failing to export.  This needs to be resolved ASAP becuase I cant output any of my projects.   Ive been trying to fix this for days with cache, cleaning, etc etc I cant find anything that works.  NOTHING WILL RENDER!!!!

what solved my issue is i went to my media encoder and at the top i went to edit>prefrences>media and then unchecked the box that says h264/hvec hardware acceleration decoding (requires restart)
