Every time i try to add to media encoder queue (after effects) it does not show up,what should i do?

I use After effects 2022, and Media encoder 2022,but when i try to add my video to media encoder queue,it doesent show up in media encoder,and when it does show up,its stuck at connecting to project or connecting to dynamic link server or something. and if i try rendering my video inside after effects it crashes my after effects,what should i do?
