Export custom cropped video in Premeier pro24 or media encoder 24

I am trying to export a video, (either in Premiere pro 24 or Media encoder 24, cropping the top and bottom of the video to lose the black crop from the top and bottom of frame. There used to be a legacy custom crop facility in Media manager but it has been rempoved. I've trawled the net trying to find the answer...no joy. HELP

Absolutely. You can do that in AME by clicking into preset, go to Source and edit the crop area numerically or by dragging the handles.
