OS: Window 10 Enterprise 54 bit (10.0, Build 17134), RAM: 16384MB RAM, GPU (Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620, 23.20.16.5044),
- Are you using Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration? Yes
- Do you still have the issue when choosing Project Settings > General > Renderer > Mercury Playback Engine (Software Only)? Not at all
- Does the problem only happen with your final output, with previews, or both? While proceeding the encoding
- Do you have a crash log that you can upload (Creative Cloud or DropBox, etc.) so we can inspect it? (Please refer to the crash long below)
