Export fo AVC intra 50 720p different export with same preset

Hello

I’m trying to export AVC Intra 50 720p from Premiere Pro
Export Presets

1280 /720

59.94

HD Anamorphic 1080 (1.333)

Format H.264

The output is correct only the first time all exports after the first are stretched.

I do not expect different behavior with same setting.
