Export Mov ProRes HQ for Adobe Stock is getting too large

I want to export 4 K Video Content to upload it at Adobe Stock.

I would like to use MOV with ProRes HQ like suggested.

If the Video content length is longer than 21 seconds, the filesize is larger than the allowed 3,9 GB.

What would you suggest for MOV export?

Most of the users export MOV with h.264 codec.

Is it possible to export this out of premiere or media encoder?

Thanks for your help!

Are you sure you're using the Preset for "Adobe STock UHD with Audio" or "Adobe STock UHD without Audio"?  The Format of course needs to be set to QuickTime.

That should result in a file that's just under 1.5GB per minute, keeping you well under the 3.9GB limit.

Whether you choose Premiere Pro to export or to Queue it in Media Encoder doesn't make a difference in the file size. ProRes HQ is simply a high-quality option that produces large files. Yeah, many users do export with H.246. The trade-off is H.264 compresses videos more. In your case, if your videos are too large, it may be worth considering a codec that compresses the videos, and therefore resulting in a smaller video size.
