Export MXF XDCAM HD 4.2.2 with Adobe Media Encoder

Hello to the community !

I'm looking for help on a specific technical export problem. I've been asked to make an export for tomorrow and am getting a little nervous ^^' so please, if you can help me, it would be so great !

I need to export with these specifics :

- MXF XDCAM HD 4.2.2

- Interlaced scan

- Resolution : 1920x1080

- 16/9 Anamorphic

- 4.2.2

- Upper field first

- 25 fps

- 50 Mb/s

- CBR

Is there any Adobe Media Encoder preset that would match this ? I get stuck with the CBR part and only manage to get 55 Mb/s. I've looked into After Effects but there aren't as many possibilities as Media Encoder 😕😕
