Export psd to not compressed avi with personal size

I can't be able to export my psd to not compressed avi with the psd resolution (720*384). When i try to convert the resulution becomes 720*480 and the video contains black bar on top and bottom.

Is it possible to export with original resolution to not compressed avi?
