Exporting Error

I have just recently had problems with my video exporting with the correct settings. No matter the settings I change, the exported version remains stretched and different from the matched source. I have consistently used media encoder for awhile and the only other time this has happened was once. I am unsure if it is a glitch, but as far as I know my settings have remained to match the source.

Can anyone help?
