Exporting .exr to video file at 60fps

Hi all,

I am trying to make a video from .exr renders at 60fps. I have selected 60fps from the Basic Video Settings tab but it keeps coming out as I think the default 29.97fps. There are 240 frames in my render, so at 60fps it should come out to 4 seconds, but it comes out as 8 seconds. Is there another setting I'm missing?
