Exporting featherd mask from Premiere is not working in Encoder

I apply a feathered round Mask on a clip, and when exporting directly from Premiere, it works great, but when sent to Encoder, it doesn't read it correctly, and I get a black feathered spot instead... Mask's dimensions apparently also are not read.
