Hi, I need to export video from premier pro 2018 in the following format: Entropy coding mode = CAVLC (Do not use CABAC!)AVC Profile = Main Profile and Level 4.0 (Main@4.0)Codec = H.264 (MPEG-4, Part 10)The new veriosn of Premier Pro CC does not have the older options. I heard back from engineering. They said, "we only do CABAC in current versions of Media Encoder." Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
