Exporting to Adobe Media Encoder 2020 from After Effects 2020 not working properly

I am on a PC, Windows 10, 64 bit. When I select a Composition in After Effects 2020 in the Project Panel, and go to Composition > Add To Media Encoder Queue (or use the shortcut keys Ctrl + Alt + M), Media Encoder opens, but the Composition does not load into the queue. It's not a matter of time either, it just never loads. I have restarted the computer, updated my OS, updated both the apps, and tried dragging the clip into Media Encoder from After Effects. I use Media Encoder to render H.264s which are essential to my work flow. 

Can anybody help? I appreciate it.
