Exporting to Blu-ray Disc Issues

Question

Hi I have Premeire Pro 2021 on a iMac Sonoma 14.4.1. I have a 2 hr video edited in Premiere that I normally export as a Pro Res 422 file, then author in Toast 20 Pro. The problem I have is the file size is 22.06 GB and when the Bluray disc is played, there are drop outs.

I read posts, and tried h.264 Bluray export. Files were too big to author to disc.

Any suggestions on providing HD quaility with out disc errors?

Lower the bitrate to get a smaller file.

As a test, use the H.264 Blu-ray exporter and set the Bitrate Encoding to CBR and set the Target Bitrate to 20 and use the file when you author the disc.
