Question

Exporting video freezes on a particular scene

I'm exporting a 2 hr video on Encoder and once it was completed, I played the mp4- it played fine until the video froze on one frame for the rest of the video.

I tried to export it through Premiere and the export froze at the same scene.

I already looked at the scene to see if something was corrupted, but nothing seemed to be out of the ordinary or different from all the other files and scenes in the timeline.

What's going on? What should I do?

What happens if you export the Sequence using Premiere Pro rather than Media Encoder?

    Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. I understand every time you try to export a sequence from AME or Premiere Pro, it stops/freezes at the same timecode.

    • Did you try the suggestion shared by @Peru Bob?
    • Do you have any specific effect applied at the particular frame where the export freezes?

    Let me know.

    Thanks,

    Shivangi

Create a new project and import the old one into it.  Then export from the new project.
