Exporting .wav format 24 Bit from Premiere Pro unsuccessful

I have the following problem: I want to export audio only from my Premiere Pro CS6 project

(a feature length documentary).

The options I want to use are

Audiocodec: Uncompressed

Samplerate: 48.000 Hz

Channels: 5.1

Sample Size: 24 Bit

After I export the file to Media Encoder it immediately stops with "Unknown Error".

If I change the Sample Size from 24 to 16 Bit it worls fine.

Any idea where the problem could be?

There is a newer 64-bit variant of the WAV format that permits file sizes greater than 4 GB. However, CS6 cannot export audio as such; only newer versions of CC can.

I think I know what the problem might be: WAV-Files have a maximum size of 4 GByte! When I render the audio with 24 Bit resolution it would get bigger as 4 GB.
