ExtendScript for changing Publish-to-Twitter status text?

Hello, I have a script that runs every few hours, produces a video in After Effects with some AI generated text and audio, and then automatically uploads it to twitter with Media Encoder. This works fine, but I'm wondering if there is some way that I can use ExtendScript to additionally alter the "Status" text in the Twitter upload options in ME.
