F5 Raw pixelation

I'm trying to transcode an .mxf file from an F5 with the RAW extension, to an AVC files in .mxf
But when i did this, I get a footage like I was shooting in 720p, very pixelated.

So I wonder how I could fix that?

Any suggestions welcome!
