FAILED RENDER AFTER A FEW VIDEOS, MEDIA ENCODER

I need a solution regarding about my problem with media encoder..

After I queued up all my video to media encoder from premiere pro..

and start rendering... the media encoder will only render 2 videos and then the next video won't start.. it says it fails

but when I restart the media encoder, it will render again.. then another 2 videos will be rendered, and so on
