Fails to render WebM

Hey,
2 days ago my Media Encoder started to run into problems when rendering WebM files.
I use the export option of After Effects to export WebM files with the Media Encoder and it's been working well up until recently, where it started to fail with the following error message:

 I've tried to reinstall the WebM plugin and also did a fresh install of After Effects and Media Encoder and it worked for one moment, before it started failing again once I booted up After Effects on the next day.
It is also happening on different projects. Other export formats such as H.264 into mp4 work completly fine.
Any ideas why this is happening?
